Live Like There’s No Yesterday

Being unwilling to forgive ourselves or others cuts us off from our own innate peace and well-being. It keeps us in victim mentality; stuck in our story and in a prison of our own making. On the other hand, forgiving ourselves and others moves us into a realm of freedom and openness, whereby we experience greater health, have more energy, and live a life in open hearted love.

Affirmation

I forgive myself and others.
I let go of regret and resentment.
I release anger, blame and unforgiveness and I am free.
I love myself and treat myself with care and kindness.

And so it is.
