Sometimes we think we must get from others, before we can give. But, it is in our giving, that we open the floodgates of Life, placing ourselves in the Flow and receive more. As we give from Love, and from the fullness of ourselves we increase our experience of good even more. We increase our level of well-being and act as transformative agents for change in the world.

Affirmation

Today I give way to the Good
of the Universe, by allowing it to flow
out from me to bless others.
As I give, I place myself in the flow
and I open a channel of ever-increasing Good. I am blessed and a blessing.
And so it is.
