Inside Out

We all have the need to feel seen and known, loved, valued and important, and to feel that we belong. We need to experience our own wholeness and enoughness.

Yet oftentimes we get caught up in judging ourselves and others, thinking that our judgment will change things for the better. In reality, all our judgment does is separate us from others and from our own wholeness and well-being.

Affirmation

Today I embrace all of who I am.
I love and accept myself fully.
I am authentic and I am enough.
I am loved, lovable and worthy of being loved.

And so it is.
