How is you self-talk? Do you encourage, support and love yourself? Or do you berate yourself and give yourself a hard time?
We all want to experience inner peace and live with a sense of well-being, and have confidence in ourselves. We want to know that we are okay and enough. We want to live a life of joy.
In truth, we live in a Universe of Infinite Potential and Boundless Good. Yet, oftentimes our negative self-talk keeps the good that we desire at bay.
Today I am mindful of my self-talk.
I choose thoughts that are life supporting
and enable me to flourish. I am free from the past.
I am free to be Who I have come here to be.
My positive self-talk empowers me to live my best life.
And so it is.
