The very nature of Life is expansion and unfolding. That means the nature of our own individual lives and our own being is expansion and unfolding, regardless of our age or phase of life. We place ourselves in the flow of life and feel vibrant and alive when we learn and grow, share our selves and give way to our own Greater Yet to Be.

Affirmation

Dailey I do things that make me feel vibrant, buoyant and alive.
I cease identifying as my body, my ailments or how many years I have been on Earth.

Instead, I identify with my spirit; an eternal, ageless, timeless being.
Perfection is my nature.

And so it is.
