As the Christmas season is upon us, we have the opportunity to participate in many festivities and enjoy ourselves immensely. At the same time, we can feel so busy and have so many obligations that we don’t take the time to experience the Sacred within us and the sacredness of this most holy season—a season where the Christ Light is born within us and all around us.

Affirmation

I choose to make this holiday season sacred, meaningful and spiritually fulfilling.
I let go of “shoulds” and choose things that create joy.
I regularly spend time in the manger of my being, and from there,
I make choices that are in alignment with my spirit.
And so it is.
