“Tapping the Root of Happiness”

As human beings we all long to feel happy and to live our lives with a sense of well-being. However, there are times when that is not our experience. We think our happiness is reliant on outer circumstances. When those circumstances aren’t in alignment with our desires and preferences, we find ourselves grumbling and complaining. Sometimes we get stuck in negative emotions and don’t know how to get out of them. In Reality, joy in inherent to our being.

Join us Sunday for a talk titled, Tapping the Root of Happiness, the joy-filled music of Harold Payne and some tools and ideas to tap into your own wellspring of happiness. I look forward to sharing my Sunday with you and seeing you there.

In love,
Rev. Jennifer Spear
