We yearn to live in a world that is filled with peace, love and inclusion. When life doesn’t look peaceful and loving, because families are being separated at our border, it is easy to feel angry, heart-broken, frustrated and impotent and then to get stuck in those feelings.

Now, more than ever, we are called to stand in our own spirit, and to give way to the qualities of Spirit within us and to participate in bringing the presence of Love and Oneness into the world.

Affirmation

I use the circumstances of the world as a wake-up call to heal,
to love, and to bring my spirit forward in a greater way.

I stand for love and oneness, equality and care.

I stand in Spirit and turn on my light.

And so it is.
