At our deepest level we want to live in a world of peace. Yet, sometimes we feel impotent to create peace. We don’t know how, we think we are too small or that it is someone else’s responsibility.

Yet we are each called to bring peace into the world in our own unique way. In order to do so, we must have peace in our hearts, and in our actions. Our actions must reflect our highest values.

Affirmation

Today my actions are in alignment with my spirit and my highest values.
I come from love and compassion, kindness and equality.
I create peace everywhere I go.
And so it is.
